But we at Indian national congress are not oppurtunistic about pre-election announcement of narendra modi election as BJP parliamentary party leader now as and when PM narendra modi clarifies that he is PM of India even though elected by BJP parliamentary party as per BJP national executive decision. There is,has to be and will be clash of sense between majority parliamentary party and party national executive if both decision of majority parliamentary party and party national executive about election of its parliamentary party leader "because both are different entities with different goals in same setup".

Yes ! Narendra modi ! You are PM of India. And you are not PM of BJP "as BJP national executive are antagonising you".
But you(narendra modi) is PM by BJP parliamentary party.
I know you(narendra modi) is suffering from "THE social-evil called ambiguity(and/or lack of ambiguity) which requires mind-discretion" between "BJP parliamentary party and BJP national executive members".
And your suffering is because of your own acceptance as PM candidate if elected to power "before election/s".
Representation of people's act clearly says that "only after electing its leader by prevailing majority party parliamentary members,president of India asks elected leader "only after due process of electing leader is 'MORALLY AND LEGALLY DONE".
Here in present lok sabha constitution,PM as elected leader of majority parliamentary party is not both moral and legal.
So narendra modi as PM is now facing natural trouble of ambiguity(and/or lack of ambiguity) from BJP national executive committee members.
