Imperial-democratic rule is because people are not mature minded about self(sensible mindful voice). Social-democratic rule is because people are mature minded about self(sensible mindful voice). Evil of evil to evil is social morality. Evil of evil by good is self morality. Social morality is only for work of politicians in world.Social morality is nothing to do with common people. Self morality is nothing to do with politicians. Indian national congress never thinks about self-morality. We at Indian national congress are socially-bad character people but we are personally-good character people if you analyse Indian national congress members.
