Being morality to morality is political voice leadership. So to be political voice leadership,one should have "personally-good character" at first(or last). To have right biochemical reaction/s and good language skill,one must "INCLUDE MATHEMATICAL KNOWLEDGE" to both of them.

సక్రమత అనగా తరువాతగా ఉన్నది అంతిమముగా ఉండాలి .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
