Any criminal will be executed only if he/she is neither good-quality person being both social and 'antisocial-to-antisocial' nor good-feeling(character) being good with bad and bad with good to prevail good with good and bad with bad" and can't be reformed(changed) by words into social(knowledgeable)-mind.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
