Ignorant(deceptive-knowledgeable) differs with knowledgeable(true-knowledgeable)(appearing-ignorant) by fine sense(thought).

నేను చట్టము(సమాజము)ను సత్యవంతముగా  మార్పు చేసే వాడిని. కనుక నేను(నా ఆలోచన ) మార్పు చెందకుండా నేను నిలకడ గా ఉండాలి -ఉంటాను -ఎందుకు ఉండను ? అని ఇందుమూలముగా అడుగుతున్నాను.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
