ప్రజలలో మరియు వారి పోలీసులలో నటన (సక్రమత ) అనేది వారి మానసిక ఎదుగుదల సంపూర్ణము కావటానికి కేవలము అవసరత మాత్రమే కాని సర్వ కాల సామాజిక విధి కాదు . ఈ సత్యమును విస్మరించితే కలిగే పరిణామాలు చెడుగా ఉంటాయి .
అయితే ప్రజలలో మరియు వారి పోలీసులలో నైతిక (బుద్ధి ) - సామాజికత (జ్ఞానము ) కూడా వారి సక్రమత (నటన) కు తప్పని సరి .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
