   From now(2015 AD) world needs to socialise(spiritualise) 'personalised history books' thro' inclusion of 'sensible-complex-litigancy by complex-mind'.

   World knowledge suffers if those world sections don't speak their mind(spirit) as and when they are required to speak with others about themselves and others.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
