ప్రజలు తమ ధనము బ్యాంకర్ హోల్డింగ్ లో పెడితే రుణ గ్రహీతలు బ్యాంకు మేనేజర్ ముందు ఋణము కావాలంటూ క్యూ లు కడుతున్నారు .  
       ఋణము కావాలంటే తనది అంటూ కనీసము పది వేలు ఉంటేనే రుణ అర్హత ఉంటుంది .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
