Govt seeks review of death term commutation verdict - Hindustan Times



               Govt of india need constitute a committee for review of death penalty in IPC with respect to crime rate in india immediately.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
