 భారత రాజ్యాంగము లో వింతైన విషయము ఏమంటే అపరిపక్వమేధ(immature intellect),పరిపక్వ మేధ(mature intellect),అంతర్గతము(implicit) మరియు బహిర్గతము(explicit) అనే నాలుగు ముఖ్యమైన మాటలు లేవు .
