B.R.AMBEDKAR ! INDIAN LOW CLASSES ARE NOT LEGAL EITHER AT FIRST(GOOD TIMES) OR AT NEXT(BAD TIMES) OR AT LAST(CHANGING TIMES). INDIAN HIGH CLASSES ARE APPEARING BAD BUT NOT BEING AND FEELING BAD.

There is FIRST(సూటితనం),NEXT(కుటిలత్వం ) AND LAST(చపలత్వం ) of law(mind)(party)(group) in society.
So m k gandhi in his indian(social)-freedom(liberation) struggle took care of law's FIRST-NEXT-LAST in respect of casteist society.
But b.r.ambedkar as backward castes leader failed in first(సూటితనం )-next(కుటిలత్వం )-last(చపలత్వం ) instances of law(mind)(party).
As antisocials are socials to their self,they are good(moral) "LITIGANTS" at bad(next) times but not in changing(last) times.
సమాజ నాగరికుడు అనగా వ్యక్తిని (చట్టము) ను గౌరవించి ప్రజలను నమ్ముట . 
పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థ అనగా వ్యక్తిని నమ్మి ప్రజలను గౌరవిస్తుంది.
కనుక పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థ పరోక్షముగా నేరములకు -రోగములకు మూల కారణము . 
అందుచేత "  చివరకు "  పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థ రద్దు పరచ బడుతుంది .
