Will it be ultimate people's sense to have worthwhile opposition against any ruler(social-lawful) who collects money as tax from his people FOR THEIR MIND-SATISFACTION?

 IMPOSITION OF TAX ON PEOPLE IS FOR PEOPLE'S OWN MIND-SATISFACTION AFTER SENSE.

 IT IS NEGATIVE-MIND(attractive-fearfuls) REACTIONARIES SOCIAL DUTY TO MAKE PEOPLE EDUCATED IN CLASSROOMS THROUGH 1).INCLUDING SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY(NOT ALLOWING IMPEDENCE TO GOVT.SYSTEM) AND 2).AVOIDING DISOBEDIENCE TO ESTABLISHMENT.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
