1).Street corner antisocial underworld mafia/factionism/rowdiesm is by lack of fine sense even though mind is of double-strength.
2).Immoral-legal policing is by half-truthfulness even though heart is of double-strength.
3).Antispiritual devilism is by illegality in heart(voice of voice) even though voice is of double-strength.
4).Reactionary demonism is by illegality in voice(heart of heart) even though heart is of double-strength.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
