ILLITERACY IS IGNORANCE THAT WORD SENSE IS ONLY AGAINST NAME OF ITS PRONOUNCER OR ITS WRITER.

     FOR EXAMPLE,IF ONE SAYS THAT HE IS TWO,IT IS NOT SENSE.

     IN SAME WAY,IF TWO SAYS THAT HE IS ONE,IT IS NONSENSE.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
