YEAH ! ONCE A PERSON HOLDS A CONSTITUTIONAL POSITION,THAT IS THE END OF HIS CAREER. HE SHOULD NOT BE APPOINTED AS ANOTHER CONSTITUTIONAL POSITION LATER.HE MAY GIVE ADVICES ON HIS CONSTITUTIONAL POSITION LATER.

    BECAUSE THERE IS ALWAYS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST BETWEEN TWO CONSTITUTIONAL POSITIONS.
