Political victory is culmination of political activity over say 5 years for next 5 years. There are two kinds of politics 1.imperial politics which is in-between anarchist politics and reactionary politics and 2. Democratic politics which is prevailance of sense over anarchy (question and answer ). Of course both imperial politics and democratic politics are run by party politics. And Indian national congress is party of all parties in world.
