This controversy has got two parts. 1. Whether and why video is doctored ? and 2. Whether Rahul Gandhi and /or his congress party people have no right to defend his /their words against adverse questions ? Regarding question 1) above , those media who argue AND pass judgement on video say that video is doctored while those who argue as Rahul Gandhi and his congress party people on video say video is real and not doctored. Yadbhavam thadbhavathi. What one thinks is what one is. Regarding my answer to question 2) above , one who tells is subordinate to one who asks. How can it be justice when media and questioner are asking a question which includes social, religious, legal and psychological implications to Indian politics since 1947 AD to seek direct answer in few words in question - answer “public.session which has no legal sanctity” in this Internet age ? Pl.note that being question to question is solution. And Rahul Gandhi did it exactly that way. Media and questioner should remember legality of their social status against largest Indian opposition parliamentary party leader to give reply exactly what media and questioner expect from Rahul Gandhi. Above questioner PK Basu will be legal in asking said question if he wins case against congress party in court of law for defaming him. Until then , prof. PK Basu and Arnab Goswami will be extortionists of answers from Indian opposition party.
