You need not change all in dynamic and complex world. You being self within your self and other/s can change all by changing some (concert of social four to their systemic four each) in dynamic and complex world “by avoiding changing your self within”. Yes ! Leader doesn’t change among changing people. Leader is neither bitter nor cheating but appear as bitter and cheating by not changing himself in changing world. Yes ! Leader sees opportunity in disaster(calamity) so that disaster(theft,accident and ‘devotion to other/s’) comes to disaster ultimately. That means business leaders will be replaced by true political leaders at the ultimate.

మనిషి అనగా అంతాలో కొంత .
రాక్షసుడు లేదా దెయ్యము అనగా కొంతలో అంతా .
మనిషి తిరిగి మనిషిగా నిలిస్తే మనిషిలోని రాక్షసుడు లేదా దెయ్యము స్వయం నిర్మూలన జరువుతుంది .

సమాజమును మోసము చేయటము మరియు చేదుగా చేయటము రెండూ తప్పే .
కనుక సమాజము సంక్లిష్టతలకు సంక్లిష్టతగా ఉండటం అనేది నేర్చుకోవాలి .
అంటే సమాజములో చెడులకు చెడుగా నిలిచే విధముగా తనలో తానుగా ఉండటము ద్వారా సమాజములో ఉన్న మనుషులలో ఉన్న చెడు ను స్వయం నిర్మూలన చేసుకునే విధముగా అంతా లో కొంతగా ఉంటే మనిషి ( మైండ్ మరియు హృదయము ల కలయిక ) (నిజము మరియు ఊహ ల కలయిక ) ఇతరులతో సంక్లిష్టత(సర్కులర్ మరియు రెసిప్రొకేటివ్ ) వలన రోజు రోజుకీ నైతికత (ఐక్యత ) వైపు మార్పు జరిగి చెడు(రాక్షసుడు లేదా దెయ్యము లేదా ప్రశ్న )  అనేది స్వయం నిర్మూలన జరుగును .
