World is still in garb of semi-civilised as India is still in garb of semi-barbarism. So world is still imperial minded which is in-between anarchy and reactionary. Yes ! World is still believing in weapons than words. Yes ! World is still being democratic minded which is unable to prevail as democratic minded. NO DEMOCRATIC BEING IS SUPPOSED TO PREVAIL AS DEMOCRATIC BEING. AND NO IMPERIAL (or ultra) BEING IS SUPPOSED TO PREVAIL AS IMPERIAL (or ultra) BEING. That is why I have soft corner for Indian Maoists and China even though both are in armed conflict with society's antisocial "because of social-outcast minded Indian police and mentally-outcast minded Indian law courts".
