U.S.A as socially-outcast mind can never comprehend Kabul and Afghanistan in full. Likewise Russia as psychologically-outcast mind can never understand Afghanistan in full. In same way,Paksitan as physically-outcast mind realise Kabul and Afghanistan history in full. Only India understands Kabul and Afghanistan in full.
