A LEADER IS TO LEAD PEOPLE INTO SOCIO-LEGAL MORALITY WHILE BEING SELF IN SELF AND OTHER/S. Either being other/s in self or "being just self in self without being self in other/s" will be USELESS IN POLITICS. Both party and people should be victorious in system stability. Anybody or any party who wish to change system into true "while without changing himself as system is changing into true on forever basis" will be success in power(truth). That is possible only through inclusive-voice,litigant-sense and moral-mind. Yes ! Indian national congress is endowed with all right and good qualities of both self and other/s as success.

And people(individuals) will looks after their audit "by being in groups/laws/parties". Govt is party to all diverse parties.
