Yes ! Indian police need more efficient certification methods and better amenities "while making it mandatory that every policeman vigil on every other two policemen among EVERY THREE POLICEMEN IN INDIA". That means Indian policemen need change their mindset from "personal being social" to "social being personal". That is humanist police world for ramrajya. .
