Social culture against evils is speaking their sense(word) as voice for public. Whereas political knowledge is speaking voice for sense(word) among public. That means one must be made to be one to one as per law of interchangeability,systemic four to systemic four as per law of concurrency and plural ten to plural ten as per law of precision. This is purpose of empowerment of public into being self in self and other/s. This is ultimate which is the end of the end. This is weaved as THE WORLD SYSTEM OF DEMOCRATIC.PREVAILANCE AGAINST DEMOCRATIC BEING. Democratic previlance is possible for self only if a voter common man is being medicre(imperial)(ultra) mind and appearing ignorant(bad). BECAUSE ignorance(inconsistency) exists in social world as appearing knowledge. That is why knowledge exists among every human as appearing as ignorant(inconsistent). This awakening is fully exploited by Indian national congress BLOOD so that Indian national congress neither goes into woods against people ignorance and nor obeys people ignorance in democratic election and ruling, Indian national congress is built as the past continuity which means anything which is the first must last as next,last and ultimate to be forever " thereby making anything self-ignorance that comes in middle vanishes in middle itself". This quality of Indian national congress is accepted by British and world as successor to all previous imperial dynasties in human history throughout world. Yes ! INC is weaved as spiritual power against human weakness called abstract mind.Abstract mind is criminal in society which can't prevail as abstract "by being litigant mind". Abstract mind is Satan which always believes in never-ending questions. Whereas litigant mind believes in being question to question thereby making public as solution to their own questions. ఈ సత్యమును గ్రహించి ప్రతి సామాజిక ప్రభావ శీలి కూడా తమ సామాజిక సంస్కృతి పెంపుదల టాలెంట్ ను కేవలము సామాజిక(మానసిక ) రుగ్మతల నిర్మూలన కొరకు మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించితే తనకు అంతిమముగా గౌరవము నిలుస్తుంది మరియు ఆ విధమైన మానసిక క్రమ శిక్షణ వలన సమాజము అంతిమముగా ఎంతో లాభపడుతుంది .
