Hindi or English awareness is social compulsion for every native Indian. Because English is very much Indian so that English was brought to India by British. How can all nationals like British enforce English on Indians if it is not indian, Why don't Dutch invaders enforce Dutch language on all Indians if you believe that English is not Indian ?
