Characterless person can not bear another characterless person. In same way,ill quality (being unable to be wrong) person can not bear another ill quality person. THUS RIGHT CHARACTER AND GOOD FEELING PREVAiL IN WORLD WHICH IS EVER-CHANGING INTO TRUTH(power).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
