A politician has to stay as politician to be self-truthful(powerful) in social. Whereas a public administrator has to stay as public administrator to be public solution in social. But unfortunately as a dog/fox mind which is public administrator sits in seat of power,then either public administrator abilities or seat of power abilities will.not make people and public properties as strong and sensible.
