"TENSES" MEANS PAST,PRESENT AND FUTURE.

                   instructional,spiritual,commercial,

                   directional,practical and cultural brilliances,full depth knowledge about both vocabulary and tenses is essential "FOR QUESTIONING SENSIBILITY AND EXCLAMATORY SENSIBILITY" both of which are "brilliance TO brilliance".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
