Personal mind which is just one-to-one and non-political should not provoke mind of social(knowledge). Only social mind which is one-to-one-in-one and politcal can have duty to provoke personal minds. Even social minds should not provoke other social minds. Pl.note.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
