Officer appears as EVIL(ignorant)(inconsistent against adverse questions). AND ALL WORLD PEOPLE ARE "APPEARING AS EVIL" NOW. That means every person in this present social world is PREVAILING AS OFFICER ABOUT HIS/HER WORK.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
