ANARCHY IN SOCIETY IS BECAUSE OF IGNORANCE(belief in appearing knowledge). Even British east India company came into India to rule Indians "just because mature(then of then to then) world is being law ONLY to law but not to criminality". And anarchy/dictatorship/imperial is being law ALSO to criminality. And as mature lawfuls in world,british were not supposed to tolerate anarchy/imperialism,/dictatorship in then princely Indian states.
