WEALTH IS RE-DEFINED AS COMPLEXITY BETWEEN MONEY AND NAME(sense)(audit) because namelessness was natural in immature social democratic world. Wealth is not meant to be unaccounted as USA is still unaccounted(thief) nation and nameless(senseless) nation among world nations. Money which is wealth component and is circulated by RBI(central bank) "need be controlled" by wealth creation. So public should be made lawful(mindful) towards balance between wealth creation and wealth consumption. That means after wealth is created and consumed upto 20% of it,public should be encouraged to "more wealth creation than less wealth consumption" by sense(name),inspiration(motivation) and innovation(drive). Wealth factors are sense,inspiration and innovation so that public should be encouraged to apply mind on their mind with hand(name).
