If there is technical knowledge for social(self)(politcal)-knowledge and public adminstration knowledge,then voter/citizen/leader can't communicate his/her sensibility skilfully to both other/s and other/s-of-other/s among social four. Isn't it ? Like that,all 6000 professions people can communicate their sensible mindful voice skillfully "through nurturing technical knowledge which can be just as form of four sentences in paragraph/s which will be expanded into either essay-writing from précis-writing or condensed into précis-writing from essay-writing". In short,technical knowledge is tasteful bond between mindfulness and sensible voice between either voters or leaders or both "towards betterment of social(self)(politcal)-knowledge and public adminstration knowledge. Technical knowledge is like "nuts and bolts" or ergonomics in socio-politcal,socio-religious and socio-economic system.
