Is there no difference between media report and governor report on tamilnadu current political situation ? Pl.ponder over this.

గవర్నర్(ప్రభుత్వ ఏర్పాటు సమయములో రాజకీయవేత్త ) రిపోర్ట్ అనేది కలయిక భావన -తిరకాసు ఆలోచన -నైతిక సక్రమ మానసికత అనే సిద్ధాంత ప్రాతిపదికన ఆ రోజున ఆ గంటకు తెలియచేయుట .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
