Driving skill is "speed control with graceful-mindset which means complexity between fear-mindset and valour-mindset". If expert trainers of driving are there,there should not be accidents at all "by being accident to accident". Just like if Indian police are there,there should not be crime(unmindfulness) anymore.Just like if medical doctors are there,there should not be patients anymore.
