So public administrators/buisnesspersons need not enter politics. Voice if exceeded limits will make mind and heart as sensible. But one has to provoke other's mindset than other's hearts so that other/s will be sensible in their voices.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
