One who appears as consistent fails to retain either self or other/s as consistent. So anybody who wishes to rule other/s is,has to be and will be "appear as inconsistent". Only public influentials like Indian police,Indian media,Indian acting and Indian teaching need appear as consistent. THIS IS MY STRICT STRICT STRICT .................

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
