In fact z plus security has become nuisance to public. Because when you can't give security for yourself by yourself,how can you give security to public ? Pl.note that one can give what he/she possesses. And one talks much about thing which he/she didn't possess. Isn't it ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
