It is govt duty to ensure unity and equality among public "in its own way of doing and time". Certainly it is neither Indian police duty nor Indian law courts and their alikes duty "to ensure unity and equality among public". As Indian police and Indian law courts did it,both must face its consequences. Because society is not graveyard. Society is lively.
