As widow looses legal wife status,a widow if orphaned will be more immoral(inconsistent against adverse questions) than a immoral sanyasi/brahmachari. India needs uniform civil code urgently in present 21st century AD.

విధవరాలు అనగా కోర్టులో చనిపోయిన వ్యక్తి భార్యగా భార్య హోదా కలిగి ఉండ వచ్చు కానీ సమాజములో భార్యహోదా ఇవ్వడము సబబు కాదు .
సమాజము మరియు కోర్టు రెండూ ఒకటేగా  కనిపిస్తుంది .
అయితే కోర్టు అనేది సమాజము కు వ్యతిరేకముగా ఉంటుంది /నిలుస్తుంది .
