As Indian police are influencing/representing Indian public,naturally Indian police are becoming rotten-mindset and corrupt-minded. PL.NOTE THAT INDiAN POLICE FORCE ARE DRAWN FROM INDIAN PUBLIC. So don't blame anybody but system times for system becoming rotten-mindset or underworld mafia or corrupt-mindset. You can't blame person for his situation. Blame situation about its pathetic state of corruption. That is why prevention of corruption act 1986 didn't define corruption. Because if said act defines corruption,it must mention corrupt-person nature. As said act can't pinpoint corrupt person,it didn't define corruption. Words selling is respecting. Words selling/respecting is better than no word. And word believing is true better than word selling/respecting. BE UTHTHAMOTHTHAMA AFTER RESPECTING UTHTHAMAM. Be great-to-only-great. But learn to respect secondary thing like being great which is avoiding no greatness.
