Word if it is used by Indian law courts will be verdict to make aggrieved get justice. Word if it is used by Indian actors will be dialogue to make Indian public as moral. THAT MEANS even though may be SAME,its sense differs by its use of user. LIKE THAT,any liberation demand must have inclusiveness of exploiter because exploitation is lawful to oppress immorality in oppressed people. There is no certainty that immoral people will be moral even though immoral people are explained about morality by those who govern immoral people. Those who revolt against govt with either separatist demand or govt power seeking demand through extremism reason must obey logic which is reverse to public reason. REASON QUESTIONS AND LOGIC PREVAILS. Law is nonlinear. When one section of people ASKS,that section of people should allow freedom for those who do asker.
