Problem will be problem if one sees it as problem. How can cheque payment and encashment will be problem to workers,small businessmen and small farmers to operate their bank accounts Jan dhan Yojana ? Bank payment and encashment are for accountability in payment and encashment. There can be problem in being personal(three qualities/forces) and being social(four spheres). There can never be problem in being system(four instances) in social(four spheres). So my advice to Indian Maoists party is that believe in system(four instances) as they are believing in social (four spheres). Because anybody in present world has to be believer in system and social while being its change of decisions always, Revolting against system and social will never retain anybody as truthful(powerful) and real in self. Avoid deceiving self. Earn name,word,word to word and "word in word to word". That is goal of everybody in world. Avoid being crime(inconsistent against adverse questions) and suicidal(by social exposure).
