As all sections of people in city/world/district are becoming human by being nonlinear in their voice and mind,there is no need for police vigil. Police vigil need be for name-sake from now onwards. If people persists on continued vigil on all sections of people,then all social sections of people need put same police vigil on Indian police who are more than two policemen working together "only if those people are nonlinear and consistent against adverse questions". Policing on Indian police is legal only if any member of public is nonlinear and consistent against adverse questions. Both Indian police and public should note TO BE LIBERATED FROM INDIAN POLICE(who are lawful becomings) AND THEIR INHUMAN LAW(MIND). This is my diktat.
