Truth is highly subjective which means "point of anything to point of anything". So naturally law courts fail to understand truth(power). Social mind is follower of his followers.Whereas personal mind is follower of his teller's. So social mind has right to kill criminals.Whereas personal mind has no right to kill criminals. That means govt can kill criminals whereas law courts are not supposed to kill criminals. This is very important.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
