Mature mind(society) is not supposed to entertain opposition(adversary) and law court. Because mature society means complex subjective sensible mindful voice by name and face. So all public will be litigant,consistent and inclusive-minded. Or else they will be made so by other/s later. Hence no existence of opposition and law court system SOON.
