Indian national congress always does and allows its members to do "consultations and conferences" everyday "as THE socially democratic Politcal party". DEMOCRACY MEANS "YOU SAY THIS AND I SAY THIS FOR THAT THIRD PARTY" everywhere every time everyone with everyone "as complex social being personal" but "not personal being social". You are free to say your word. But you will be made responsible for your word against adverse questions. Adverse question means listener/s statement(personal question to/about any public question). World has "many(some)" things as well as "many(some) people/groups to make oneself as "distinct and unique". Isn't it ?
