Articulation of voice is that one can explain his voice personally(face-to-face) without being social(three-dimensional) at first. So voice articulators can be able to just provoke listener/s sense "in stead of provoking listener/s mind/s towards making people sensibles among themselves". This leads to pakstanis and their army to be aggressive against India. INDIAN GOVERNANCE IS STILL ANTISOCIAL for various internal reasons. Until and unless Indian governance is able to overcome its antisocial(tamas) and imperial vestiges "to evolve into social democratic from present imperial democratic", Pakistan and its army continue to be aggressive against India on indo-pak border "without provocation from Indian side". Pl.note that Pakistan and its army has got problem with Indian antisocial and imperial governance which is represented by Indian public mindset " but not with Indian political parties. I REITERATE THAT ROOTCAUSE FOR PAKISTANI GROWSE IS IN INDIAN ANTISOCIAL GOVERNANCE which is invariably represented by Indian public mindset whose literacy rate is still low. Only solution to Indian antisocial governance to stop Pakistan aggressive military and terrorists is "successive five-year term Indian govts towards Politcal maturity on social issues". Until then Indian diplomacy can't help either India or Pakistan. One has to bear terrorism from Pakistan side which has support for Pakistani public "but not Pakistan govt support". No sovereign republic in world until and unless there is vested interest.will support terrorism anywhere in world. So suffering nation should target vested interest than making whole sovereign republic as responsible for terrorism.

Yes ! Indian army is joker army compared to Pakistan army professionalism. 

But it is not without reason.

Reason is that India is yet to mature socially.
