Any person who aspires to appear as knowledgeable(brilliant) will prevail as ignorant(criminal). SO SOCIAL RULE SAYS TO APPEAR AS ANTISOCIAL(rowdie) like ram Gopal Varma to make self and other/a as true knowledgeables(lawfuls). Any person who is 100% perfect will not be useful to self and other/s "as he/she can't listen or tell anything to anybody" thereby becoming immoral (inconsistent against adverse questions). Hence practise right character being wrong with right and right with wrong at first and right quality being wrong with wrong "while appearing complex subjective sensible against world complexities and social objectivities". That is taraka mantra to make self and other/s as stars(self-glowing people).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
