Nobody can imagine other's heart. So one has to believe in word of other to make up mind against that word. SOCIAL LAW IS SEEING SELF FROM OTHER. PERSONAL LAW IS SEEING OTHER FROM SELF. Social mind should prevail over personal mind "in case of conflict 50:50".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
