Morality(consistency against adverse questions) is different from education(character build). Voice is different from mind(law). Morality is 2*1/3 (2*2/3 + 2/3) + 2*1/3 = 2 which is available in cinema. Education is 2**4 = 16. So folks ! learners ! There must be concurrency between morality(consistency against adverse questions) and education(character build). That means any voter can question universal law. But no voter can rise above universal law. And people(individuals) will looks after their audit "by being in groups/laws/parties". Govt is party to all diverse parties.
